Bailey is an associate attorney at Maenner Minnich PLLC. She has a thoughtful, holistic approach in every case she takes on, ensuring that clients receive helpful legal advice tailored to their family's needs. Bailey has worked on dissolutions, legal separations, custody disputes, parenting time matters, and more. 

Bailey graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School with a concentration in family law. While at the University of Minnesota, she externed for Judge DeAnn Hilgers and Judge Sophia Y. Vuelo in family law and juvenile matters, logging over 100 hours in CHIPS proceedings alone. She served clients at Anderson Larson in Willmar, MN, working alongside firm partners in tort, criminal, family, probate, and civil matters. . 

After graduating from law school, Bailey clerked for Judge Kevin M. Miller of the Otter Tail County District Court and was an assistant coach for Concordia College's Track and Field team. She now lives in St. Paul and loves being back in the Twin Cities metro.
